TrustLink Logistics, based in Burlington, Ontario, provides freight brokerage and logistics services across Canada, the USA, and Mexico. These terms govern your use of our website and services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Services
We offer cross-border and domestic freight brokerage, including Full Truckload (FTL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), expedited, refrigerated, flatbed, specialized freight, intermodal, and transloading solutions. All services are subject to availability and carrier agreements. We act as a broker, not a carrier, connecting you with vetted third-party carriers.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information for quotes, bookings, and shipments.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including customs regulations for cross-border freight.

• Pay all fees and charges as agreed upon in quotes or contracts.

• You are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and documentation of goods.
   

4. Liability

• TrustLink Logistics is not liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by carriers, weather, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

• Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the carrier directly, with our assistance as needed.

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our brokerage services.
   

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms, fail to make payments, or misuse our platform. You may terminate services with written notice, subject to settling outstanding fees.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Burlington, Ontario.
